Full automatic, enable to remove dust (static electricity) safely from the work. 
Dust adhesion is causing defectiveness in quality, spoilage, and cost up etc.
It is the big problem for the production factory that should be settled. 
Techno Roll developed sticky rubber roll and have tried to removing of dust by using this.

    Structure of DUST HUNTER

Basic structure is 2 pairs of “CLEAN DASH ROLLER” touch the partner material alternately. When one side is taking dust, the other side is self-cleaning and be ready for next shift. The alternation is done before dust accumulates full on the surface of the roll and the roller’s dust collecting ability falling down. This alternation is repeated.

Automatic cleaning start when the roller parted from partner material and comes to the cleaning location. Cleaning unit, while applying the cleaning solvent to the roll and wiping dirt, is moving. The cleaning process completes when cleaning unit returns to an original location and the solvent dries.

 

•	Cleaning pad is made with thick non-woven fabric.

 

•	Although it’s depend on the sizes, usually cleaning times is from 3 minutes to 5 minutes.

 

•	After checking the removing efficiency of dust, the frequency of cleaning is able to set optionally by the timer.

 

•	Control board is a small size with touch panel easy to use.

 

•	When cleaning liquid or cleaning pad decrease alarm is lighted and stop the machine temporary. (The exchange of the Pad cloth and supplement of “Creantol” are not automatic.)

 

•	Correspondence to prevention of explosion and clean room is possible.
