    Effect Analysis           

CLEAN-DASH E Rubber Roller is used to remove the dust with static electricity. One type of fiber, researched by TORAY Corporation is designed in the roller. Therefore, it has excellent removing capability in cleaning static electricity possessed in the dust or dash.


As CLEAN-DASH Rubber Roller has the adhesive property, there is no need to work with or add extra adhesive substance. Even when used with strong solvent, its adhesive nature is sustained well after dehydration
CLEAN-DASH Rubber Roller is very soft by its nature (rubber hardness 10°~40°A). When at work, you don't need to worry about the damage caused by the dust. Even if damage occurs, the impact is minimum and controllable. Therefore, the usage time of CLEAN-DASH E Rubber Roller is very long.
CLEAN-DASH Rubber Roller has great adhesive capability to remove tiny dust as small as µ size.
The heat resistance tolerance of CLEAN-DASH Rubber Roller is up to 70° C for long time and 100° C for short time use.
CLEAN-DASH Rubber Roller has the Sanitary Measure License issued by the Department of Health in Japan.
CLEAN-DASH Rubber Roller contains no heavy mental substances so it is safe to be used in the strictly-controlled food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry. According to the test done by the Industry Research Institute of OSAKA, Japan, the heavy mental element contained in the rubber is less than what is measured in the tap water.
